About Mr. Steele

"Problem solving has always been the main focus of my ongoing career. In my capacity as attorney and engineer with an MBA, I have over three decades of experience. These skills have been strongly utilized in the Army, as a professional in oil and gas, and in my legal work.

It has been my privilege to serve 5 years in the US Army as a combat engineer, with an honorable discharged in 1977. After which, employed by Exxon and W. S. Nelson, I held the position as an oil and gas engineer for 25 years. By 1996, I had begun my law practice, and continued for fourteen years in Galveston County, League City, Texas.

More recently, in 2010, my wife and I decided to move to a more picturesque area, and chose the quiet, rugged west of Brewster County, in Alpine, Texas. I have continued my law practice as a solo attorney, alongside two terms as Justice of the Peace. We will go on providing excellent service to the Big Bend area for as long as possible."
