The above fees are to be paid regardless of any legal action taken. - IMPORTANT: Legal fees apply on a "service" basis, as opposed to a "product" basis. Our time is defined as any and all services incurred in the normal course of action in handling any legal matter. Services include all time spent on communication, data collecting, research, documentation, filing and recording on any level of said matter. - We do offer Spanish translations IN HOUSE ONLY, more for conversation than documentation. - Robert Steele is NOT officially hired until AFTER the consultation when both client and attorney sign the Engagement Letter, detailing the scope and terms of representation, AND the Retainer is paid in full. Sign and Return the Engagement Letter, requested documents, and pay the retainer within 30 calendar days after you are provided said Letter and request, after which we assume you no longer require our services.
